Our Hall is conveniently located on the way into the village of NEWTON FERRERS. It is owned by the local branch of the Womens' Institute and operated by a management committee for the benefit of the community. We welcome many local organisations as well as private groups from near and far. If you would like to make use of all or part of our hall you will be very welcome to do so by booking here.
In 2014 the Hall underwent a total refurbishment and now has a spacious, fully furnished main hall that will accommodate your event of up to 130 people (or 100 seated), plus a smaller meeting room with its own facilities for making hot drinks, a modern kitchen fully equipped to serve 100 guests, a state of the art sound system, an overhead projector, internet access with wifi throughout, updated toilet facilities and access for those with restricted mobility.
There is a car park opposite the hall plus some additional parking spaces adjacent to the building itself.
We welcome weddings, parties and meetings of all sorts and are very pleased that we are used regularly by a number of diverse local groups for activities ranging from sport to art appreciation. We are open every day all year round.
